It is required that condo and townhouse residents submit receipts to the community manager or before the due day every other year in order to avoid fines. All receipts must be submitted by October 31 of that specific year. If you turn in your receipts later that October 31, you will be fined $500 per item. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! If you rent out your condo or townhouse you are still responsible for getting it done on time. If you are a tenant, please advise your landlord accordingly.
