Clubhouse/ Recreation
Clubhouse Rental
Residents in good standing may rent the Clubhouse for private parties by completing an application, which can be obtained on the forms page. A rental fee and deposit are required. A copy of the Clubhouse rental rules is provided with the application. A walk-through of the Clubhouse can be arranged by the renter and can be conducted prior to the rental and immediately after the rental. The Clubhouse renter is responsible for any violations and must abide by the rules and regulations of the Association. The renter will be responsible for any damages to the Clubhouse. The renter is responsible for cleaning all tables that are used and the garbage must be taken at the end of the party. Rentals are approved on a first come, first serve basis.
Recreation Committee
The recreation committee is looking for volunteers to assist in the planning, organizing and set up of holiday parties and other events throughout the year. For more information or to join the committee, please click here.

Swimming Pool
New homeowners must contact the community manager at (908) 707-0760 to schedule a time during the day to receive their pool passes. Please remember that you must be up to date on your maintenance and must not owe any fines. Click here to read the rules and regulations.
Tennis Courts (Residents Only)
As a reminder, you must wear sneakers when playing. Flip flops are absolutely NOT allowed to be worn while playing. Not only is it dangerous to play in flip flops, they leave marks on the tennis court which are permanent. Click here to read the rules and regulations. No pet of any kind is permitted on the tennis courts. Also, no bicycles, skateboards, etc. are not allowed on the courts. The courts are for the sole use of our homeowners/residents. Private classes/lessons are not allowed. Anyone caught not obeying the rules may be subject to loss of tennis privilege.

Somerset Patriots (Minor League Baseball)
1 Patriot Park, Bridgewater, NJ
The Somerset Patriots are an American professional baseball team based in Bridgewater Township, New Jersey. They are a member of the Freedom Division of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, which is not affiliated with Major League Baseball. From the 1999 season to the present, the Patriots have played their home games at TD Bank Ballpark.

Middlebrook Trail
The Middlebrook Trail is located mostly in Bridgewater, NJ. The site is home to many fantastic plants and animals, but the biggest contributions which have made the trail increase in popularity are the many projects done by Eagle Scouts and other contributors. With the help of eagle scouts and volunteers, including building bridges, boardwalks, and stairs on steep hills, the trail would not be what it is today. Click here for more information.
Duke Island Park
Old York Road, Bridgewater, NJ
Located in Bridgewater Township, Duke Island Park is a site of rich natural beauty which offers varied recreational experiences. Truly an "island" park, it is traversed by the historic Raritan Power Canal. The Somerset County Park Commission acquired this 343 acre site in 1958, and has developed it to provide a wide variety of active and passive recreational opportunities and special events for park visitors. North Branch Park
355 Milltown Road, Bridgewater, NJ
Located in Bridgewater Township, is the home of the Somerset County Park Commission administrative offices. This 194 acre park, acquired in 1961, offers nearly a mile of frontage along the North Branch of the Raritan River. In addition to being the host location of the annual 4H Fair and July 4th Fireworks, the park is used extensively for major exhibits, shows, and fairs.
