The hours of operation will be Sunday thru Saturday, including holidays from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm. during normal pool season. Pool opens on weekends starting on Memorial Day Weekend and closes on Labor Day Weekend.
Pool passes will only be processed during the hours of 10:00 am - 3:00 pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and until 6:00 pm on Thursdays. You may be asked to drop off your application and to return for pickup of pool passes due to high volume of turn over this year. You may use the drop box outside the clubhouse for drop offs. Please put your information in an envelope and label it "Pool Passes".
If you lost your pool pass, you will be charge a fee for replacement.
Please bring the following information when registering for the pool season:
**You can purchase seasonal passes for $20 each (good for the season), or daily passes for $2.00 each (will be taken by guard once you present them). Cash is NOT ACCEPTED. Checks only made out to Vanderhaven Farm Village I.
Without a resident pass or a guest pass, you cannot obtain access to the pool. RULES WILL BE ENFORCED. There are plenty of opportunities to purchase passes. If you have last minute guests come to your residence and you want to use the pool, if you don't have passes for them and the office is not open, the guests will NOT be allowed into the pool area.
Any unit owner with unpaid association fees, late fees and/or fines will not be issued passes until the account is paid in full. If at any time during the season a homeowner becomes delinquent, they will be denied access to the pool by the lifeguard.
